Liz, The Birth Doula
I was trained as a Birth Doula by the fabulous Robin Elise Weiss, PhD, MpH! (Advanced DONA Certified Doula). Under her leadership I learned the necessary tools, resources and informational skills to provide Birthing persons and mommas support during their pregnancy and during the birthing experience. This education in addition to the work I have done as as educator, advocate, and mother of medically complex children has prepared me to support you on your journey! Liz, The Postpartum Doula
I was also trained as a Postpartum Doula by the Incredible Ann Grauer (ADV CD(DONA ) & PDT (DONA). There is nothing like having support during that 4th trimester. The time where you and your loved ones or just YOU, are settling into life with this new little human. Companionship, support, information, and having close proximity to resources is super helpful to have a great start. Feeling empowered, and emboldened during this tough season is important, Liz (that me!) can do that for you!

Liz… That is me! I introduce myself as a woman of God, filled with light, love and a bringer of peace! After having such trying yet beautiful experiences bringing life into the world, a friend suggested becoming a Doula! Years later, here I am! DONA Internationally trained… Working to be Dr. Liz “Medicine Woman” of the Herbal Variety! I take a natural and holistic approach to the parenthood journey! As an ND Momma and Educator and caregiver to those who are special needs and Medically Complex, my life’s purpose to to support those in the journey of living a fulfilling life, in peace, grace, and beauty with light and love!
Childbirth Educator
The Dandiest Doula Is able to provide educational classes for programs or families and couples seeking information prior to birth of baby. If a Birth Doula Client of mine, these coaching sessions and courses come with my program and Doula Birth work!
Lactation Support
If your goal if to be a lactating parent and provide part or all of your child’s nutrition needs, I can support you in those efforts or guide you and assist in connecting with the right members/specialist in your local region.
